Annotation
The present work considers the lattice of fully invariant subgroups of a reduced cotorsion group, when torsion part is a countable direct sum of torsion-complete groups.
It is shown that the lattice is isomorphic to the lattice of filters of a semi-lattice constructed of infinite matrices and indicators
